Taking a trip to Chieftown

A spin on a classic lift followed by a gymnasty version of “The Chief” is on the docket today.  The suitcase deadlifts are done with dumbbells at our side and are finished today with a farmer carry.  Like most instances, the combined weight of the dumbbells will feel heavier than the same weight on a barbell.  We’ll finish off with some technical (and one simple) gymnastic movements done in 3 minute bursts with a minute rest breaking it up.  Just enough to rally and get yourself back up that rope!

    It was a DSW type of day.
