Grip to lift, scale to move
We’re working our overhand bar grip on our lifts and Metcon-ing on a bodyweight blaster. Â While a mixed grip will generally allow you to load up more, it doesn’t translate to most of our lifts. Â This makes it important to test the limits of an overhand grip from time to time.
Our WOD is a series of bodyweight exercises. Â While some of these are technical, we’re looking to scale to move today. Â Don’t get hung up on the edge of you skill level – pick a version that will keep things burning!

WoD: 12:57 ALJ (pistols on one side were pretty messy)
Spent a lot of time looking at the bar for the toes-to-bar and probably should have scaled back there.
