Today’s all about hanging on when you don’t want to.  Between the touch and go deadlift doubles to the sets of 20 in the AMRAP, you’re probably going to want to let go at some point.  The goal is to find out when you really have to, and when you just really want to.

 

STR:

Deadlift

Heavy Doubles – Touch and go

3-5 sets

WOD:

AMRAP 12

20 Dumbbell Push Press (40/25)

20 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 Push Ups

20 Wallballs (20/14)

    WoD: 2+30 @ 25# DB, 20# WB, 24 inch box jumps, & pushups. Box jumps were a welcome reprieve for the shoulders.

    WOD: 2+1 Rx. 40# DBs was pushing it a bit (no pun intended), push presses got hard fast.
