Diane

Diane is great workout that challenges your core control and body awareness. The deadlifts smoke your hamstrings and the handstand pushups change your physical orientation so that your ability to keep your belly tight becomes more difficult and important.

If you are unsure of how to scale your deadlifts, you should be able to complete them in two large sets. For your handstand pushups, if you can’t do five or more unbroken then we will be scaling down.

Leave your egos outside and have a great time jamming with Diane!

WoD: 7:46. DL @ 205#, scaled to 20” box pike push up as well.

12:25: 205# DL broke up each set into thirds; did a total of 30 HSPU and a scaled version after that.

11:16: 225# and some combination of HSPUs (not many) and leg raises

Lower/mid back felt kinda cooked from Karabel yesterday and I had a hard time keeping my core braced for the HSPUs.
