Sprint, Recover, Repeat
Our new cycle is in full swing! With the more concentrated approach, our WODs have room for some wonderful things, like REST!
That’s right! Today, we’ll be resting at least as much as we’re working! Why so much rest? So we can really sprint through our rounds.
Making workouts hard is easy. But setting ourselves up to work hard and move consistently like an athlete is a whole other story. That’s where the rest comes in. It might seem like a lot at first, but our goal is consistency. The first rounds sets the standard to hold ourselves to for the rest of them.
WOD:
6 rounds @ 4:00
8 burpee sprints
15 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
20 Pistols
(each round caps @ 2:00)

Tomorrow’s workout: AMNAP followed by doughnuts for time.
WOD: 57 1.5 Pd, green box pistols
WOD: 60 @ 1.5pd, pistols to agro box
74 @ 1.5pd, lopsided pistols (just can’t keep that right heel on the ground)
58 @ 1.25 pu, pistols a little junky on the left leg, got thru KBS unbroken
