Back to basics

How long has it been since you’ve done the workout out Baseline? Months? Years? Never? Either way, I’m guessing it’s been awhile. For those of you have never had the pleasure, Baseline is 500m row, 40 air squats, 30 situps, 20 push ups, and 10 pull ups. This can about take ten minutes.

We are doing something similar for class and we’re adding one wall climb every minute until you complete the workout. This will stretch out the time domain as well as get your shoulders nice and ready to push jerk. Questions? If so come prepared and ask after your coach reviews the workout.

For time:
100 Double unders
50 Air squats
40 Sit ups
30 Pull ups
*EMOM 1  wall climb
**Score is time to complete workout.

Strength:
Push jerk
3-3-3-3-3
