The snow seems to have ceased and the cold is settling in, but we’re getting right back to it Friday morning.

We’ll have the option to hit this one with a partner today – giving us a chance to “rest” so we can sprint through our reps when it’s our turn.  It’ll be short and fast, an we should be primed to make this punchy after some loaded backsquats.  What better way to shake out the blizzard blues than with a friend!

Burpee Box Overs (24/20)

*with a partner, one partner hold a (45/35) plate overhead while the other works through their round of 10, then they switch, so parter one can complete thier round of 10, then repeat for the rounds of 9 through 1 rep.

** without a partner, hold a :20 (45/35) plate hold at the end of each round before continuing on to the next
