We’ve had plenty of push ups and pull ups this week. We’re taking a step away from that and adding in a strength portion to class. The workout is first to get you revvedĀ up and the remainder of the hour will be spent deadlifting.

WOD:
20 Burpee box overs
50 Push press (65/45)
20 Burpee box overs
