AMRAP, rinse, repeat

This Friday’s coming at you with a double WOD!  We’ll hit a quick 10 minute AMRAP, rest 5 minutes and then hit it again!  The first trip through sets the standard for you to chase.  Sure, you’ll be a little more tired for round 2, but don’t underestimate the power of experience!

WOD:

AMRAP 10

10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (35/25)

10 Ring Dips

30 double unders

-rest 5-

Repeat.
