It’s open season! Get ready for some WODs straight from Dave Castro himself.  Today’s is from the 2013 open (and I still remember doing it! Vaguely…)

18 minutes is plenty of time – this one requires rhythm more than anything.  Find a maintainable pace and play with that edge as you get closer to the finish.  Clean reps will keep you consistent, and you’ll need consistency to make it to the end!
