We have the first CrossFit Open workout programmed for you today. It’s a simple but nasty couplet of double unders and power snatches. Fear not; you’ll have the first portion of class to work on your power snatch.

This should help you find your groove with cycling the bar and you’ll have time to practice your power snatches and double unders. Have fun! This is a good one.

    STR: 130# for the complex
    (with Mel’s coaching got past a plateau today with a new PR of 136 which felt good and I could have gone heavier, but ran out of time. Thanks MEL!)

    WOD: 5 + 24 RX.
    I got smoked too quickly on this with the limiting factor being leg fatigue.
