I hope you guys enjoyed your long weekend! We’re kicking this week off with HAM Plan special. This is a taste of the programming that Mel and I follow.Β We have a descending ladder of dumbbell hang clean and jerks and burpees. (For those of you who showed up for our coach in WOD you’ll survive.)

The keyΒ to this workout is to KEEP MOVING. You hear this from your coaches often but we really mean it. Keep a steady clip and you’ll feel awesome after this workout. Enjoy!
