Here it is friends!  The first WOD of this years open.  It’s a classic triplet style long AMRAP that’s tossing dumbbells into the mix right off the bat.

We’ll be doing this for all of our classes on Friday.  We’ll be running the WOD on Saturday for those who are signed up for the open and want it scored officially.  The athlete breifing for those WODing on Saturday will be at 8:30am with the first heat starting promptly at 9.  If you’re planning on doing coming then, make sure Mel knows!

There will be no Mobility class on Saturday, but the normal Saturday WOD will be happening at 11, and Calvinball at noon.
