Upside down up-ladder

It’s a handstand push up day!  First, we’ll be working on them as strength/skill work, hitting progressions that will help build this movement up for us.

We’ll then get after them in an AMRAP where the reps climb up each round.  Here we’ll be finding a scale that allows us to keep moving late into the WOD when the rounds get longer and longer.
