We some snatch practice to start you off for class. If you are a newer athlete, this a good time to practice snatching. If you are more experienced, we’ll spend time talking about how to cycle the barbell.

Use what you learned and apply it to our workout. EMOM Snatches and burpees. This one has Mel written all over it. 😛 Enjoy!

Skill:

1 Snatch pull + 1 Power snatch

WOD:

EMOM 20

a) 5 Power snatch

b) 10 Games standard burpees

    Str: 95#
    WoD: 85#, & generally finished burpees around 30 second mark

    -STR: 65#
    -Used 45# for the WOD. This felt like a slog in the beginning but surprisingly became more enjoyable as it went along.
