It’s another long one, but today we get plenty of rest.  In fact, we’ll be resting just as much as we’re working.

Each round with start with a pair of lateral suicide sprints that should get cranked out fast.  From there, we’ll finish the rest of the minute with as many toes to bar as we can fit in.  And then we rest for a full minute.

We should be recovered enough each round to hit those sprints hard and have plenty of time to chip away at our TTB count.
