Today’s WOD is Tabata, and it’s strength work is strict versions of what we’ll see come WOD time. The dumbbell press and ring rows will help prep us for the more dynamic versions we’ll see in the workout. If you’re lucky, we’ll even get to work on rebounding our box jumps so we’ll be extra quick when the clock is running.
