It’s back!  We’re going to see how far we can get through this gut check of an EMOM.  If you did this several weeks ago, we encourage you to use the same scaling as last time.

You definitely don’t want to have to stop in the middle of a round – if you do, you’re pretty much done.  Scale so that’s not the case, and possible scale your reps too.  Your coaches will help you figure that out.  Your job is to keep moving…

    WoD: 7 rounds, 5 reps per round @ 65# thruster w/pulllups. Gassed, took a minute break. 3(?) rounds @ 4 reps. Minute break. 4 rounds @ 3 reps. Minute break. 3 rounds @ 3 reps.

    Didn’t do the test @ the beginning of the cycle, unfortunately. As such, my confidence in my abilities met the harsh fate of reality on this one.
