Hi folks, nice work on the test/retest from last Friday. We’ve got a great WOD for you today! This one is legtastic – it’s downright hamstringerrific. Big long sets of Wall Balls which (if urdoinitrite) will have your butt worn out, followed by big long sets of light deadlifts that will challenge your dedication to getting your butt down and lifting with your ass instead of leaving it high and lifting with your back. If you’ve stayed on target, your first few steps out the door might look a little “Bambi on Ice”, but rest assured that’s the stimulus we’re looking for today. If you didn’t get there, maybe you weren’t moving fast enough or low enough on the previous reps… fortunately, you’ve got 3 more rounds to try to get there.
Let’s get out and enjoy the nice day – and burn off a little of our Porchfest excesses – with a splendid run/lift combo that does a body good and can get you “feelin some kind of way” in the lower body.
