Todays work out was hard! Legs are probably feeling a little crushed. Not to worry! Here is what we got for you tomorrow!

5 rounds:

2:00 clock

15 Push Press (95/65)

10 Pull ups

Max Effort burpees

rest :60

All of the shoulders! H’okay, so the push press in this work out should be unbroken (no exception!!!) every time, so pick your weight accordingly. Pull ups are going to feel rough after those push press but I need y’all to get the pull ups done in no more than two sets. If you don’t have pull ups, that’s alright, we’ll sub in jumping pull ups as a scale. The hope is that you’ll have about 60-40 seconds of time left to get those burpees done! Because we have a little bit of rest at the end of each round I need you guys to go HAM on the burpees, pretend you are me! What Would Mel Do?! She’d go HAM!

    43 burpees. PP 15#, shoulder issue I need to go light for now. I am glad that, no pain in my right shoulder while doing jumping pull-ups.

    WoD: 55 burpees @ 70# push press & pull ups. Had about 50 seconds for the burpees generally.
