The work today is all about being light on your feet and staying connected from head to toe. To get ready for the workout you’ll all get a chance to find your max height box jump.

Then you get to take on a fifteen-minute AMRAP of high volume toes to bar, box jump overs, and push ups. Today is another opportunity to find ways to move well, fast, and challenge yourself.

Skill:
Max height box jump

WOD:
AMRAP 15
20 Toes to bar
15 Box jump overs
10 Push ups
