High Skill
Today’s work is all about finding the right scale. Luckily, we’ll be spending some time sorting that out.
Our movements are “high skill” in this 12 minute AMRAP. For most of us, Rx is out of the question. For some, it might not be, but might slow down to a crawl if we stick to the prescribed version. For others, we might find a scale that seems to work but leaves us feeling like we’re missing something.
You’ll know you have the right scale if it both allows you to find intensity and helps you build the skill. It should feel like a workout today as well as make you better at the movements tomorrow.

Couldn’t squeeze out that last HSPU, but this was a great ‘benchmark’ to see where I’m at!
