We use all kinds of motivators to push ourselves here.  Today, the clock will be the biggest one. We’ll be trying to get a prescribed amount of work done each of the 18 minutes of this WOD.

To answer the obvious question, a, b and c below each get their own minute. That being said, 20 is a lot of box jumps to get done in 60 seconds.  We expect it to be close, but scale your height so it’s possible.

The jerks are heavy, and should be kept that way.  Our third minute is rest, so chase it down knowing you’ll have some time to recover before getting back on your box.

a) 20 box jumps (24/20)

b) push jerks (155/105)

c) rest
