Like I said! All cardio all day! Who’s excited!?!
This work out is definitely designed to push your metabolic capacity over a longer period of time and our goal today is to finish this sub 20:00. We’ll spend the beginning of class honing in on rowing technique and warming up our ankles and feet for running. One thing I want ALL of you to work on; pick one of these exercises and work on breathing!! Your lungs are going to be no help to you if you panic because you can’t breath and then hyperventilate yourself. For me I’d work super hard to get my breathing down on the run. I’d focus on counting in my head and trying to get my heart rate. It takes work! Make me proud team!
