Rise and grind

The intent of today’s workout is to keep moving. I feel like as your coaches we say scale so that you are constantly moving; alot. The programming is no exception.

There are high volume pull ups, push ups, and squats in large sets waiting for you! The pull ups are meant to be completed in two sets, break up you push ups early, and pace the speed of your squats.

To give you an idea of what we are looking for, Mel did this as written in 21:00. We’ve put a 30:00 hard cap on this workout.

5 Rounds
20 Pull ups
40 Push ups
60 Air squats

WoD: 4 rounds in ~25:30 (needed to leave before 30:00 cap). Ring rows, pushups (from a 20” box beginning with round 2), squats. 40 pushups in a row, in particular, was a grind.

WoD: 4+40 @ jumping pull ups, hand-release push ups

  3. Nadav says:

WOD: 28:19 @ jumping pull ups, push ups first using the 20”, then the 24” box
