Old School

We’re kicking it old school today, starting with some heavy squats for strength and ending with our WOD.

You’ll be fresh for your squats, so get after them like you mean it.  Don’t fall to the temptation to save some for the WOD – it’ll be a quick sprint as it is.  On that note, attack the WOD early and don’t let up until you’re done!

DB Shoulder to Overhead (50/35)

Burpees over DBs (w/a double hop)

    WOD: 7:34 (if memory serves) @ 30# (I probably should have gone a bit heavier, but it was hard to judge… well, next time)
