Here is what we have for you tomorrow:
15 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
15 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
Our goal today is to get through 4-6 rounds. This is a longer work out, so what we’ll be working on today is cycling the bar as well as pacing. We’ll work with different speeds today to hone in on one that we can maintain for most of the work out. For the Toes to Bar, weather we are doing hanging knee raises, kipping hanging knee raises or RX Toes to Bar, we are going to want to break them up before we need to. We’ll aim to keep small quick sets through out the entire work out.
