Unbroken for speed
We’re often left with tricky choices on our path to learning some of the more technical movements in CrossFit. Do you choose the harder version in a WOD and risk it slowing down or instead scale light and move fast, but perhaps not build towards the harder version.
Today, scale to move. To help encourage this, the WOD is only Rx’d if the sets of HSPU are unbroken. Prioritize this and the WOD will have its intended effect.
