KBS should be close to unbroken. Burpees are burpees – so just get through them. The run gives your grip and shoulders a reprieve while you get yourself ready for the next round.
There is a hard cap of 25:00 min on the workout to make sure you get a good workout but you won’t be running in circles forever.
