Burpee over the dumbbell (double lateral hop)
Today we will be adding a second lateral hop over the dumbbell. So you’ll burpee then hop over the dumbbell twice. It’s going to be a fun one! We’ll talk dumbbell cycling and speed on the burpee! I still want y’all to finish this Sub 8 min!
After we finish up the WOD we’ll get after some strength work, Working on Squat Cleans and working up to a heavy triple!
