Tick tock

We’ll be working on the clock today. The nature of working on the clock is to move fast enough to earn rest before the next round starts.

The workout is every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 12 min low volume box jumps, shoulder to overhead, and pull ups.

Your box jumps should be quick, so pick a box height that doesn’t scare you. Connect all your shoulder overhead and try to keep them unbroken for the whole workout. And pick a challenging pull up that you can do five in a row for the first half of the workout.

Skil:
Push press
5-5-5-5-5

WOD:
EMOM 12
5 Box jumps (24/20)
5 Shoulder to overhead (95/65)
5 Chest to bar pull ups (Rx+ 2 BMU)

WoD: 24′ jump, 85# S2O, and 3 pullups per round; 17 seconds rest was slowest. Should have pushed up to 4 pullups per round…
