We’re working that touch and go style jerk today, first as a skill to prep us and then sandwiched between some rowing (with some other good fixings) for the WOD.
Remember, the technique we use for any given movement is contextual. Today the context is “don’t let the bar rest on your shoulder, because that’s too slow”. Touch and go reps all the way through, or it’s too heavy.
