Strength and conditioning
Today, the front squat does both for us. We’ll be building heavy with it first and then eliciting high power output with it in the WOD.
Remember, a big part of what this style of strength work does is prepare us to use these patterns under load at high speed. Come on in and get your dose of intensity.
