It’s all in the dips
The humble dip is our focus today.Β While it might not seem that much different than many of our other pushing movements, it’s one of the onlyΒ downward pushes we do (which is more significant than it might seem) and it’s a key piece to a muscle up.
Take some time today to find a scale that not only serves the workout, but also allows you to progress your dip.

WoD: 18:21(?) @ 35# DB and red-banded ring dips. Wheels really fell off on the 3rd/4th round of the banded ring dips.

WOD: 22:20 with 25# DB and blue-banded ring dips. Same as Josh — dips crashed quickly.
