It’s all in the dips
The humble dip is our focus today. While it might not seem that much different than many of our other pushing movements, it’s one of the only downward pushes we do (which is more significant than it might seem) and it’s a key piece to a muscle up.
Take some time today to find a scale that not only serves the workout, but also allows you to progress your dip.
