The workout today is a doozy. It’short and intense with rest built in. The goal is to complete as many rounds as you can in a short time frame, rest, and were you left off.

The workout is 3 minute clock to complete as many rounds of light deadlifts, hang power snatches, and double unders. Then rest a minute. Repeat 5 times.

The deadlifts are light so you should be able to do them unbroken. The hang power snatches should be doable for 10 reps, however, in the workout I would break them up. It’s been hot lately so be careful when your hands get sweaty and your snatching.

High hang power snatch

5 times through:
3:00 clock
10 Deadlifts (95/65)
10 Hang power snatches
25 Double unders
Rest 1:00

    This did not go as planned.

    Started out doing 75#, but got a tear on my thumb after the second round, lost the third fumbling with tape and bandaids, then switched from snatches to burpees for the last two rounds.

    Soooo… 7 + 32, I guess?
