Holy AMRAPs!
We’ve programmed 6 rounds again! This time you’ll be working for 3 minutes and resting for 1 min. There is a 250m buy-in. You have the remaining time to complete as many rounds of pull ups, burpees, and kettlebell swings.
This is meant to be quick and explosive. The goal is to get 2 rounds each time. I hope you get a chance to dig into this one folks!
WOD:
Repeat the following 6x
AMRAP 3
250 m Run cash-in
5 Pull ups
10 Burpees
15 Kettlebell swings

WoD: Most reps: 1+5 (rounds 1&2); fewest reps: 28 (round 5). Rx. Goal of 2 rounds each time was a pipe dream with the burpees being the #1 limiting factor. This one really revved up the heart rate.
WOD: Most: 1+14. Fewest 1+1. Rx
WOD: Most 1+1, fewest 25 reps rx. Putting down the KB in the last two rounds slowed me down but couldn’t hold onto the thing.
WOD: Most: 1+9. Fewest 1 (Jumping PUs, except rounds 1+2, 1.25 Pd)
WOD: 1+10; 1; 26; 1; 1; 1+2 @ jumping PUs, 1.5pd for 1 round, the rest 1.25pd, those burpees just crushed me
