Good ol’ fashioned grunt work
This workout is awesome. I can personally attest to it. The kettlebell deadlift and farmers carry are not only grippy but strengthy as well. Running after you farmers carry feels awesome and your grip gets a nice reprieve.
This workout is not fancy or complicated but it’s a ton of fun and there’s nothing wrong with simple grunt work to get your workout on.
