Get 4 rounds

All you need to worry about today is getting 4 rounds.  Well, that and getting a bar over your head.

We’ll be starting with split jerk doubles on the clock.  It’s only 2 reps, but get that done quick so you can recover before the next round.

The AMRAP is 11 minutes to make 4 rounds challenging but feasible.  And to blow everyone’s mind with the “odd” time.

STR:

EMOM 10

2 x split jerks

WOD:

AMRAP 11

20 wallballs (20/14)

20 kettlebell swings (53/35)

10 burpees

    WoD: 3+28 Rx. 4 rounds might have been doable had Kenny Loggins been playing the entire 11 minutes and not just the last 2.
