Team! We have a fun one for y’all tomorrow! For this WOD we’ll want you to keep moving so make sure to chose a weight and a scale that allows that. Try to keep the squats and the swings unbroken. Be smart about the push ups, then try to keep the pull ups to 3 sets or less! Which will be difficult paired with those kettle bell swings! Make me proud team!
