Sandbags & back squats
Sandbags are back! We’ve got a short one to get you started with sandbags three ways! The sandbag run and lateral jumps over the bag should be familiar by now. The sandbag lateral pull-across is new so your coaches will go over it with you.
After the workout, we’ve got back squat triples. You’ll have plenty of time to get heavy.
