The Single Arm Dumbbell Squat Snatch
Here’s one that JT has been trying to sneak into programming for years. Squat snatching a dumbbell provides all kinds of different challenges than doing it with a barbell. Whether you love it, hate it, or even if it’s downright not in your wheelhouse right now, we’ll find a way to make it a worthy challenge. Following a day with odd objects (sandbags), today is all about stabilizing an odd position.

10 Single Arm DB Squat Snatch (35/25)

10 box jumps (24/20)
WoD: 5+10 @ 25# DB, TTB & 24” box. These DB squat snatches were a nice new challenge for me.
WOD: 5 + 23; 30#, TTR, 24″.
WOD: 3+12 rx. Glad I challenged myself with the DB weight, the landing got a bit smoother as the workout progressed.
