Buddy system

We’ve got a longer partner AMRAP with pushing, pulling, and some bear crawling. Try to complete the chest to bar pull ups and push ups in one set. Just keep moving on the bear crawl. Remember you have someone waiting for you!

The reps and rounds are designed to be short. You and your partner will alternate completing rounds. Your score as a team is your total rounds completed.

    WOD (together with Alli & Sofia) – around 28 rounds @ 3 pull-ups (chin to bar, but also got some chest to bar) & 5 push-ups (first regular, then using the agro box)

    kinda fun, though not easy

    Speaking for myself, the pull-ups got a little janky toward the end. Hint-of-chest to bar? La Croix pull-ups?

    WoD: with Felipe and Olivia (both crushed it). 21+14. CTB downgraded to regular pullups 2/3 way through (for me).

    Note to my morning peeps: 10 situps added to beginning of each round.
