Variations on a theme are a big part of what we do. Last week, you got to try a little hill sprint with 2 ovements in a 15 minute ascending ladder rep scheme.

This week, the hill isn’t new and the rep scheme is the same, but we’re changing up the movements and the air is a little colder. While the first may be a welcome switch (from TTB to pullups and from C&J to DB Snatch), the latter is sure to give you a new kind of “burn”.

So have fun with this today! Compare to last wednesday, and see how many reps you can do! Mel and Kirstie did this one at Open Gym on Sunday, and Naomi and I gave it a spin later Sunday night. Keep the pullups as consistent as you can, and then rip away at that DB snatch. It’s a good time!
