The work out includes large set of double unders, kettle bell swings, and burpees. The double unders are designed to be quick and get your heartΒ  rate going. The kettle bell swings and burpees are interesting on your grip.Β 

The strategy in this work out lies in breaking up your swings early and pacing your burpees. The swings can be done in 2/3 sets and the burpees should be paced out in a way you can keep moving for the rest of the workout.Β

60 Double unders

30 Kettle bell swings (1.5/1)

15 BurpeesΒ 

*30 Minute cap

Stay light on your feet and be strategic about your grip.Β

    WOD: 25:52 @ 120 SU, not really sure what was the weight of the KBS, 1? 1.25? I kept it pretty light, there was 180 of them, and I’m completely sore from what went on on Tuesday

    WoD: 5+46. Scaled to 40 DUs after round 1. The DU and burpee combo is a tough one for me but sandwich those around the KBS….stick a fork in me and turn me over…..it was a struggle.
