Constantly Varied

In the true spirit of CrossFit, today we have a movement you probably haven’t seen before.  And while it might seem like it was my idea (it wasn’t), it’s no coincidence that it shows up on a day that I’m coaching.

The “bag swings” are pretty much what they sound like, only in the frontal plane.  That means we’ll be swinging them across our body rather than front to back.  These will be great to get our bodies twisting and countering the vertical compression from the deadlifts.

Today should also be a nice change from some of the longer workouts we’ve seen this week too!
