Not much says CrossFit like the combination 21-15-9.  From workouts like Fran or Elizabeth to the gym favorites like toes to bar and wallballs, 21-15-9 is used a lot because it often easily elicits that lovely CrossFit feeling.

Today should be no different.  Take some time to warm up to the right load, then get yourself through it ASAP.  You know the drill, 3,2,1…

    Not crazy about this one. You know it’s bad when the pull ups are the easy part.

    WOD: 12:23 @105#, for the first round I did pull-ups, for the last two rounds, some pull-ups, some ring rows.
    The front squats were so bad, I’m not even sure why.
