Farm strong
There’s not much out there that can get you stronger than honest hard work. Farmers are notorious for being stronger than they look, especially in the grip. As we’ll find out today, there’s good reason for that.
We’ll be taking a bit of an unconventional approach to our strength work today, loading up some heavy farmer carry lunges. Load up heavy first, then we’ll lighten up and do the same movement in the WOD.
