Keep your deadlifts neat

Kirstie Young | 11/07/2018 | 5

There are deadlifts programmed in the strength portion of class. These deadlifts are meant to be the same weight across all sets. In between your sets, you’ll complete 5 plyometric box jumps. (Start seated on a shorter box and proceed to jump on a taller box.) If you have any questions after your coaches explanation and demonstration feel free to ask.

The work out is simple. Forty seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest of max effort burped sprints. Your score is the total number of sprints completed.
