We’re hitting some olympic lifting today, drilling and strengthening our snatch technique to start and then taking a simpler version with us into the WOD.

Get used to your hook grip during the strength work – it will be indispensable during the workout.  And try not to set the bar down once you pick it up.  Finish your set and get on to the push ups!

2 overhead squats

7 hang power snatch (105/75)
