We have a fun one for you tomorrow. 

HANDSTAND PUSH UPS! We are going to work on getting everyone upside down today. Our focus for the handstand push will be to do some kipping drills – everyone will be able to do this, weather you can kick up into a handstand or not. Our other focus will be pistol squats, specifically finding y’all a scale that you will push the cardio (as opposed to our usual strength) with the pistol squats. (Think deck squats)!


The work out is a triple 3 min AMRAP with :60 of rest between each AMRAP. You’re goal is to hang onto the same number of rounds and reps each 3 min.
